DAILY HOME WORKOUTS
Every day (excluding Sunday) we’ll go live at the most optimal training times so that you can train with your buddies (and your favourite coaches of course!) and be kept accountable. You’ll also be able to interact, ask questions and have your exercises tweaked to ensure you’re training right and pain free. You’ll feel like the coaches are in the room there coaching you…
PURPOSE BUILT PROGRAMMING
Unlike other online programs that train the same way every single day, our programming is expertly designed to ensure you get maximum benefits in all areas of fitness including strength, cardio, power, mobility, balance and co-ordination. You will not only get safe, whole body workouts, you will also have access to recovery workouts to ensure you are training in a sustainable way.
Our online membership allows us to provide ongoing support in all areas of health including fitness, nutrition, mindset, recovery, lifestyle habits, human behaviour and many other topics that contribute to your success. Initially there’ll be a strong focus on the following:

VIRTUAL COFFEE CATCH-UPS
The purpose of these catch-ups is to come together on a weekly basis as a group and provide a platform for everyone to share challenges, connect and most importantly, have a laugh. There’s no predetermined topic (unless requested), it’s more about going where the conversation takes us and supporting where necessary. Our Virtual Café (aka Zoom) is FREE to visit for a Saturday morning Lockdown coffee chat. Grab your coffee and connect via your TV, iPhone or Ipad.

We will continue to bring you interactive live seminars with a range of experts ranging from mental health professionals to physios and nutritionists. You can watch them in the comfort of your PJ’s and ask questions from your living room.

Coaching at TFP is done with our in-house Meta Dynamics Master Coach and includes numerous strategies to help strengthen connection and deepen understanding of self, so that results come more easily.

Meet the Trainer
Hi, my name’s Pippa. Nice to meet you!
I love working with women who feel frustrated by their current level of fitness and wellbeing and help them feel strong, confident and self-motivated. As a personal trainer and Meta Dynamics trained coach, I combine my expertise in human behaviour, fitness and health to help our members achieve their fitness goals, connect with what really matters to them, and learn how to become a more authentic and inspired version of themselves.
If there was ever a time when health, connection and inspiration truly matter, it’s NOW. This is a time that I think The Fitness Partnership can really help those who are looking for a like-minded and uplifting community.
