ULIMITED GROUP TRAINING $49 per week
UNLIMITED GROUP WORKOUTS
Our classes run 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with a maximum of 10 per group and are held at the most optimal times so that you can train when it suits you. Our expert coaches and fun, lively groups will help you stay accountable and on track with your fitness goals.
We accommodate all levels with exercises adjusted to your ability and experience.
Our programs include:
Strength sessions designed to help you build lean muscle, tone up and give you sustainable, long term results.
Cardio sessions designed to compliment strength training and boost your results through calorie burning and increasing your baseline fitness.
We program progressive overload into all our classes to ensure you get maximum benefit and see results faster.
MEMBERS ZONE ACCESS
As well as Group Outdoor Training, you’ll also receive FULL ACCESS to our Exclusive Members Zone (usually an additional $27/month) which has everything you need for upgrading your health, including:

Meet our Head Coach
Hi, my name’s Pippa. Nice to meet you!
I love working with women who feel frustrated by their current level of fitness and wellbeing and help them feel strong, confident and self-motivated. As a personal trainer and Meta Dynamics trained coach, I combine my expertise in human behaviour, fitness and health to help our members achieve their fitness goals, connect with what really matters to them, and learn how to become a more authentic and inspired version of themselves.
If there was ever a time when health, connection and inspiration truly matter, it’s NOW. This is a time that I think The Fitness Partnership can really help those who are looking for a like-minded and uplifting community.

We understand that everyone’s situation is uncertain and unpredictable at the moment so you can have confidence that, whilst we may be ‘locked-down’, you are not ‘locked-in’ to a contract with us and can downgrade or cancel your package with just a week’s notice. We’re here to help!
